About Us

Building a more just and equitable world together.

RJAE Consulting is dedicated to building a more just and equitable world. We believe in creating long-term solutions that resolve the root causes of issues while utilizing evidence-based initiatives and trauma-informed, restorative justice practices. We’ve worked with a wide variety of organizations, from educational institutions to public agencies, delivering results that create upstanders rather than bystanders. RJAE Consulting endeavors to foster an environment where people can learn, contemplate, heal, and grow as viable allies for social change.

In today's environment, there are a lot of fires to put out. It can feel overwhelming. It can make us feel uncertain.

But during this time, we're encouraged to reflect on the Hummingbird story by Professor Wangari Maathai.

Like the hummingbird, RJAE Consulting believes we all play a role to improve our community and create lasting change. That’s why the hummingbird is our logo.

We all play a role. No matter how small it is.

“Martha has been amazing to work with and has truly met us where we are including adapting trainings and consultations to meet our varied needs. She has also provided ongoing consultation to our leadership team as we plan to integrate the restorative work into our other initiatives and MTSS as a whole. We are so grateful for Martha’s expertise, flexibility, and approach in training and support.  I would highly recommend her to school districts no matter what stage of the process you are in.”
